Golden Axe: Beast Riderは、SEGAより2006年5月に次世代機用タイトルとして2008年発売予定とされており、開発の方は順調に進んでいるようです。今回、こうして情報が出てきたのは海外ゲーム情報雑誌Playからのものであり、Xboxygenの記事（フランス語）によればXbox 360のみでの発売と書かれているとのこと。下記が、Xboxygenの英訳文です。

この件に関して、[url=http://www.psu.com/Sega-confirms-Golden-Axe-is-still-on-track-for-PS3-News--a0001585-p0.php]PSU.com[/url]がSEGAに問い合わせたところ、担当のDanny Chiu氏からコメントが寄せられたそうです。
[b]これは正しくありません。PS3版も同様にリリースされます。[/b]
つまり、マルチプラットフォームでのリリースという以前からの情報は変わらない、ということですね。PS3ユーザーの方も同タイトルを楽しむことが出来ます。ひとまず一安心ではないでしょうか。また、スクリーンショットが2点（機種不明）ありますので掲載しておきます。
