本モードは『バイオハザード RE:2』本編にも登場した3人のサブキャラクター、市長の娘、ロバート・ケンド、USS隊員のサイドストーリーを描くモードで、「彼らが不幸に見舞われなかったら」というifストーリーが展開します。
「ゴーストサバイバーズ」は本編所有者に無料で配信予定。レオンとクレアのレトロコスチュームも海外では同日配信となるようです。国内での配信日については今後の続報を待ちましょう。
